Host for spam emailing

Okay, I am done looking around.

All of the stuff I have found is out of my price range or does not support it.

I am looking for a offshore VPS, or host that will allow me to send atleast 500k emails a day or a host that will. They also need to be able to allow spam emailing.

Please let me know of any good ones out there.

most VPS/dedicated server providers donot allow email spam. even if you claim to be can-spam compliant that still is a tough one.
