Hello,

In case I want to launch multiple blog sites with monetization after gaining traffic and affiliate link sales... is it preferable to host these sites on different hosting providers, or is it fine to use a single hosting provider for 5, 10, or more websites?

Thanks

it you don't intend to interlink the sites to gain ranking boost you can host them on the same server.

The problem might be if they're all in the same niche / industry. I have no proof for this, but it's possible for google to refuse ranking multiple sites in the same niche and that are hosted on the same server, for the same keywords.

But anyway, if your sites are in multiple industries and you don't interlink them you can host them on the same server and even put them on the same GSC account

It is fine to host them in a single hosting as long as you use them as a PBN.

But most hosting can't handle multiple big sites, so use 1 hosting for 2-3 websites if their size will be big.

As others have said, it would be reasonable to keep them separate if they are from the same niche. Also, make sure your domain WHOIS info is hidden/use different contact details.

How many websites you can host with a service provider will depend on your hosting plan and how much traffic you get. As Thunder Digitals said, most shared hosting services can't handle multiple big websites even when they advertise "unlimited" domains. It's important to optimize your websites as well as possible (set up caching, etc), and you will be surprised how many requests smaller hosting accounts can handle.
