Hops showing in my tracking but not in Cb analytic?

I've noticed this week for the first time a discrepancy between the amount of unique clicks in my tracking system and the amount of hops showed in Cb analytic.
About a 10% of the hops are missing. I've sent a ticket but they are taking a lifetime to answer.
Am I the only one noticing this?

Are you sure it's not bot traffic? I sometimes notice clicks in my tracking but can see that they are bots, when I trace through ip whois. I remember that Clickbank said a few months ago that they were updating their tracking system, to better be able to detect this bot traffic and not have it show up as "hops".
