Hootsuite have stopped their FREE plan. They were offering an upgrade to the PROFESSIONAL plan for a special price of $9 per month for the first year if paid annually.
Unfortunately, they have screwed up and charged people the full cost of $99 per month, so instead of being charged $100+ they have been charged $1000+
Of course, Hootsuite support only works 9-5 Mon-Fri.
So check your invoice/bill.
