HookUp.Com<Review?>

Hey every one of you must have noticed the ad of this site called "HookUp.com" they are paying $50 for one sign up so the moment i saw this ad it caught my attention and wanted to know more about it and then i visted all looked Good Good so i need to know have any one of you tried them are they good or bad ? i like their payment options though and was very intrested.

I need to know this when someone signs up that site will they need to pay something from their credit card ? are their any restrictions on traffic source?
