You must have some kind of wrong perception about 'hookers' probably from movies. Let me tell you some facts about the world of pay to fuck from my experience in dealings with girls.

Better to find a one girl(who is not an escort), agree to take good care of her(like a boyfriend), get her tested for STDs, make her sign contract to stay exclusive. This would cost around $1k-5k a month depending upon where you live(her monthly expenses, gifts, taking her to restaurants etc), but you get a genuine girl, free of STDs that wont cheat on you. I have seen couple of businessmen who are doing this and many rich men do this too if they dont want a serious relationship. Never tried anything like this personally, just sharing what i have seen some people do who want to focus on business and not deal with girlfriend drama, you get the joy of being in a relationship basically but without the drama.
