When something bad happens with the service or product, just explain as it is to the client don't try to give misleading information!

Indeed if you're playing the long term game, honesty is the best policy.
Here is why ...
People will forget and forgive you if you messed up ... it's only human ... but they will never forget how you made them feel. Inferior and stupid. In a sense honesty is actually treating somebody with respect.

Not in India atleast. They will insert a rod from down and accurate "comments" will start to automatically come out from up. Literally. Everyone from India would know what I mean. Ofcourse, if one offers "grease", then it is a different story.

Yes, I was working in the police department for only 1 year (long ago), so I saw all that happening and it still happens, as I still have friends who are in the police and they talk about their "adventures".
@AFriendlySEO : With buyers / sellers / clients, honesty is the best policy, yes. But, outside of one's business arena, honesty is not always the best policy. I mean common, you expect us to honestly follow for example, Google Ads policies ? Google has been fined by various courts of law, for Google not adhering to it's own policies (example, their data protection policies : check via Google search and you will get news articles about this).

people still want black hat promo their is a market be honest if your actually convining people u doing white hat stuff thats a scam and in my eyes should be shit list material . u should actually explain stuff if it isnt organic it isnt organic . be honest be real
i find in my experiences that it is very good to work one on one with people talk to them explain stuff thats how your going get a good review and a returning customer alot fo the time peeople dont really care how its done they just want it done , even if your reselling their coming to u for a reason . be honest . infact im thinking about doing some reselling and i think im going be upfront about it for my refund policy cause if hings go wrong imma have to do a charge back to get the cuistomers money if i don have it . if u arent upfront that your reselling it could rally hurt ya if the customer does a charge back themselfs this is why u need to test all services u resell to .
