they're probably just a bit understaffed. Last I checked they only had one AM and yousif running it. Otherwise they're a decent network. I sent some of my seo traffic to them when they had an offer I wanted. I just wasn't alerted when the offer went down. Overall though, good. They pay on time.
I worked with them about 9 months ago. I sent traffic for a couple of days and when it came pay day, I didn't see anything. I was well past the payment threshold, but saw nothing for a couple of weeks. It took me about 1 week to contact from the network, and they gave me a hard time giving me a bunch of excuses for not having paid me. They did end up paying me though.
At the time, ALL their offers were brokered from EWA. I doubt they are now though.
Anyway, if you're looking for a new network I recommend, Millionaire Network, Neverblue, Convert2Media, and A4D. If you need help getting in just let me know.

@ShayD I didn`t receive my payment from PKM on time because I didn`t sent them my tax document and without tax document they cannot pay me! When I did it...they sent me payments on Monday on time What about tax document? Maybe it is the reason why you didn`t recive your payment... btw I am working with top networks like Neverblue but at the moment PKM can provide me fast cashflow
