homepage vs inner links

Is it better to create a web 2.0 with only homepage and link to my money site and build tier 2 gsa links to it, or create a web 2.0 with lots of posts into linking to my homepage also with tier 2 links?

So is the main question. Is the difference big with homepage and inner links even if they have the same links pointing to it?

i do have same question... i have website with many service page and i am promoting many of them...
now can i link all of my pages with same kind of web 2.0 sites? or need unique link for all them?

Having XY web 2.0 links all from homepage... doesn't sound suspicious at all
