Homepage presentation for an adsense micro niche

Hi,

First of all I want to apologize for my bad english.

I'll create some micro niche sites (with WP) and I hesitated between 2 homepages.

#1 - Display my "main article"
The homepage display a post with my main article for my primary KW and you've a sidebar to get others articles.

#2 - Classic list of articles like wp does.

Is your site promoting a product or service? I usually go for the main article and have all 3 products on there, reviews of all 3 and complete in depth review of all of them . Usually the homepage consists of 2k+ words.
