Homepage not showing for Branded keyword

Hi guys , need help,
One of my friends website homepage is Indexed but not showing in google for Branded Keyword. its showing inner page in google.
can you please guide me what to do ,thanks.

as far as I know it takes more activity on your brand for google to show it, but I might be wrong...

But is the homepage optimized for the brand? You could also build some links with branded anchors

If it's a new website you need to wait more.

Make more promotions with the brand kws as well as some long tail kws too

Because the more your leverage your keywords and the more you can get the leads
