If I make a full post on the homepage and the link is shown on the homepage does that mean home page link right?

What when the post will go to 2nd page and then....

Will the juice of it will be reduced?

Yes, In homepage you will get maximum link juice. But It has to minimum OBL homepage. Don't put your links with the other 100 posts on the homepage.

Maximum 15 - 20 homepage OBL is acceptable.
 
Just stick that post if you want maximum benefits for longer period of time.

Yes, but full articles on all your PBN homepages is a footprint. Use images to backlink and sticky posts on front page.
 
Yes, of course, the link juice value will be higher in homepage compared to the inner pages of the site and also check the OBL level of the certain blogs.
 
Do also inner sites will be considered as Obl or not?

For example categories on the sidebar? Or archives

OBL stands for outbound link.

As the name suggests, only links going OUT of the site would be considered an OBL.
 
Yes, it reduces the juice on entering page 2 and being found by spiders as such.
