Home page not indexed.

Home page is not indexed. when i do site:allanimedownloads.com in google, all my pages are indexed beside my index. Whenever someone finds me in google, its always an inner page. How do i fix this so that my index.html is indexed?

Have you been building excessive links to your homepage? A lot of my inner pages rank higher than my homepage because penguin penalized my homepage so severely. Build diversified anchor text links to your homepage it should be showing up. Also make sure your robots.txt doesn't tell search engines not to index it. Check your meta tags to ensure the page is allowed to be indexed.

get some links in facebook and other social media for it

use the google webmaster tools and create your new updated sitemap and resubmit that . And if there will be some content or quality links issue the webmaster will notify you so that is so important .
