CD has plenty of Home Improvement offers, including roofing, solar etc.. I think they pay rev share which can potentially mean serious ROI. (I guess that's why these offers are always on their their top 10 offers)
Best money however is selling these leads directly to home improvement companies.
I know CA/NY/FL pay around 30% lead cost, so job closed at 10K, you might be able to get 3K on it.
Or you can sell it per lead, which they can afford to pay $150-$200 for.

I am working with them their offers do not give results due to the high amount of shaving leads or they have bad lander I guess. But I think it is the first one.. stealing to much from affiliates..
