Well, I was thinking of the Joker from batman. I answered all questions right and maybe he was stuck on two people.
1. John Kramer - Saw
2. Joker - Batman
It gave the first answer as John Kramer, but then I continued and the first question was "Is your character from batman?" Smart.

Gave it a try, 1st guess James Bond (guessed), 2nd I think of Nicole Kidman he guessed (Uma Thurman) wrong after 20+ questions, but I continued and at question 53 he guessed right LOL, 3rd time I thought of Angelina Jolie and it guessed... Really cool...
And playing one more time as I write this I will go with ***** Turtles... LOL He guessed it right again and answered Raphael TMNT. So pretty cool...

this is cool. I guess it's not that hard to do something like that, it's just a big database with actors and different stuff related to each one. For example, I was thinking of Bow wow, the result was Jamie Foxx. It asked me "Was your character in a movie with robots ?" I said "No", that's excluding Will Smith for example, and so on.
