Holy crap, this guy is unreal

he probably did a few years in prison.
little food and a lot of time to pump iron..

or he just doesn`t have a real life, got bullied in school and now spends all his time at the gym to try to get some self esteem back and hopes doing this eventually will make him feel better about himself ..
to get in that kind of shape, you need total commitment for an extended period of time.. normal people with normal lives just aren`t able to spend that kind of time and energy in such a diet and training.
to get keep this kind of body and strength you`re entire life needs to revolve around staying in shape..

i also try to keep kind of in shape. but its always a trade-off between having fun or getting lean and fitt.
our lifestyle, going out drinking at night, eating out at restourants and sitting at a desk 10 hours or more a day makes it imposible to get a body like that.
its one or the other, make your choise

i personaly value having fun, going out for a good dinner and partying with friends higher then getting extremely in shape like this.

Its a trade off, and i personally prefer living a great, fun and enjoyable life while loosing 10 years, over any regulated, diet filled and health oriented lifestyle to live 10 miserable years longer

but he really is a lean muscle machine..
i wish i could have both... such a body and the fun lifestyle i`m used to lol.

Yea, I'm in the same boat. I want to stay as fit as possible, but as a graphic designer, I spend so many hours at my desk and so few working out. I do pretty well actually, but I would still love to have a more ripped body like that guy without having to invest too much time working out. It's not the effort or the pain, it's the lack of time that prevents me. Also that dude has f**king GREAT genetics.

at 4 min i was like thinking about how long i have to live and thought to myself i might remember this if i cared real hard about the time i lost writing this complaint.

u dudes are crazy...alot of dudes can do that...search for bartenders on youtube...you will see a bunch of dudes from ny doing stuff like that and more in the parks...im not saying its not impressive tho...but in prison hitting the pull up bar is like eating and breathing and some guys get unbelievably strong
