I don't agree actually. I lived in the US and Argentina, and I can tell you that on average, the people in Argentina are much more attractive than those in the United States.
 
I have been in algeria for one year working there yes they have beatifull girls special amazigh ones not arabic in bjaia and tizi wazo go to bjaya it's a nice place but you will get bored blieve me after some time and yes if you can give a visa to those girls you can have them not all but some of them about cost of living not to much if you know how to live just search for the good places I was there rent a small studio about 100$ a month the only thing that is to much compare to morocco where I live os internet in algeria about 1gb cost 5$ here cost me 1$

Algeria!? Think twice before you jump....different culture, different people, different set of rules....and everything will be applied to you.
 
Beautiful women can be found anywhere. What is more important is how is the legal system, tax rates, infrastructure and business climate.

Algeria was a French colony since 1840',not after WWll my friend.France failed to conquer even one centimeter of foreign land during WWII because it was to busy losing the war in less then 1 day...:) even undiscovered wild tribes.from Amazon would have resisted longer

People saying that girls are same allover the world.. Pure BS! Compare avg in UK or US and avg in Ukraine and go figure, lol!
