How exactly are tokens or coins holders calculate?
For example SHIBA has 995k holders right now, if i`m going to buy some SHIBA and hold it for 1 month, does that mean that i am a holder? How exactly are those holders calculate?

The script counts all addresses with more than 0 SHIBA. It's not a matter of time. You become a "holder" once you have some.

It is not 100 ℅ correct. There is no way to count the users buying on each exchange.

Yes, that's what I'm thinking. so how are they calculated? is that an estimation of holders number? it has to pass a certain period to be count as a holder?

The number of holders on a protocoll is calculated by the number of addresses which hold the token with a minimum of 1 in the decimal setting.

The number of holders simply does not include exchanges per se, however if the exchange themselves holds the token in wallets per user each, then this includes the exchanges.
An exchange f.e. could be one holder and have internal systems to manage who has what amount.

At the end of the day - these are different metrics.
