Ho Many Resources Does Wordpress Take ?

I intend to install wordpress on my servers in the future, to host 5 domains. I expect 10k viewrs per site.
Should i install wp multisite better ? (maybe it's more lightweight than installing 5 different wordpress sites)
Drupal is more lightweight than wordpress ?
Would i need at least 2cpus and 4gb ram if i setup that many websites ?

• How many plugins you will use
• How many websites you will host
• How many themes you will use
• If your theme or plugin you will use or not a lot of CPU or RAM
• Depending of CMS
• Configuration of the server

The answer: You can host 5 wordpress websites yes, but it depend which you will do with them, no one will give you properly (right) answer. Because that depends of caching, web server and tuning of your web server.

If you are waiting answers like "yes you will be able to run that without issues" and you use 10-20 plugins in each one website and 3 heavy themes per website and apache server well and high traffic. I think you will overload the server lol.

Like I said there is no correct answer for your question, is the same how many people can be inside a big house!? You can do a math but it will be only ~close to and not confirmed.
And yes you can host 5 wordpress in your server that is not impossible, but the issue is the way how you will handle it.

You can host 100 wordpress sites on a single vps, big questions like @Deleted member 1393709 said are what are the properties of these sites.

Best thing you can do is try and see for your self. If it's holding up (and tbh 4gb ram, 2 cpu should be enough normally for what you described) then it's all good.

It depends on the add-ons and media you have or you are going to have.
If you just getting started I would recommend you to start with the shared account and upgrade as you go.

but here i can suggest you to muse use any cache plugin to save resources and handle heavy traffic .

so it is doable, as long as i optimize the sites as best possible. i will probably try to use only the basic plugins and see if i find a simple theme (basic)
