If you consider the size of the pool of the ips in HMA, that's huge and UN-matchable. But it isn't really fast.

Ive always found a little site called unblockvpn very attractive, less used resources, and their dynamic ips are good with paypal too

I have been using HMA and it is very slow and annoying. Many times it fails to connect and many time it just rotate same ip rather than changing. Meanwhile, I am also using SoftEther VPN which is free and it seems not bad for normal use.

I use HMA and have not had any issues with speed for the major U.S. cities and locations. I think some of the smaller regions with less available servers tend to run a little bit slow.

I use vyprvpn, they have been increasing the servers. Works very well.
