HMA Not Showing Real IP?

When I use HMA I find that they say I have a different IP than what they are really giving me.

I have had this happen to me before and it is proved to me in this message on Google:

Do you recognize all of the above activity?



But my HMA IP starts with 103...... and my real IP is another different number?
