Assassination using a sniper rifle - $100,000
Assassination using a brainwashed dwarf that has a gun - $125,000
Assassination using a dead Camel - $95,000
Assassination in Batman clothes - $145,000
Assassination of a president in Africa - $1,000,000

Do you get a deal on Assassinating an African president with a sniper riffle and a gun on the other shoulder while hiding behind a dead camel in batman clothes plus a brainwashed dwarf with a gun as your backup plan.
 
I highly doubt that anybody would hire an assassin and ask him to kill an african president in batman clothes using a sniper rifle. I think that assassin would rather send his well trained, brainwashed dwarf to kill that president.
