As others have already told you, you need to get the links cleaned up asap. It really does look like a churn and burn website mate. That's not good. Especially after Penguin 2.1.
There are a few link removal companies out there, I have linkdelete working on one campaign for me now.
I will tell you though it would be best to get those footer links removed first, all sitewide links need to go especially anchor text rich links like that.
You have a long road ahead of you but dont get discouraged you can bounce back. You just need to change up the techniques.
