Hit Booster - Anyone Using it?

I came accross 'Hit-Booster' from advertise-bz.cn on another site where someone said that they are using it still (post was in September '10) to increase their YT views - and beyond the 300 limit.

It would be useful to know if anyone here has used it as it would appear that most of these tools no longer work.
