I'm trying to start doing microniches, but I've hit a wall. Other than doing SENuke article blasts and bookmarking for the site, I don't know of what else to do to SEO it.

Blog comment? Use some of the backlinks shared here. Also articles can do quite some damage.

Press releases, profile backlinks..... be creative

I'm doing unmoderated blog engine commenting right now. I've got about 1800 urls, you think I can make something out of it?

Xrumer is your friend!

XRumer might help him, but as he is just starting out I don't think he will have 700$ for software that would require even more time to learn to handle right.

If you go after mini sites, articles blog commenting, and web 2.0 properties should be enough.

Buy some links. There are good services here at BHW. Write some articles and get them posted to Ezinie ARticles. That has worked well for me.

I haven't necessarily started out, I've been doing IM for a year now, but no real great successes other than a non-monetized site that got popular virally.

I actually am shy of $1k in PayPal, but XRumer is very expensive, and I am hesitant about putting money down on it.

It's worth it. I have 2 servers running it 24/7 actually.

Well I would recommend this, since you don't have any experience:

Buy one tool (for something specific) -> get good at it (very very good) -> sell your service

after you cover all the bases you offer complete SEO services and work on your own projects on the side.

That's a good idea, but where should I offer it? DP is for cheapos. Maybe Fre3lancer?

2 servers running XRumer 24/7? What exactly are they doing? And why?

I run SEO for aboit 90 websites right now. I've also massively modified XRumer to run automatically linking to it's own links and using LFE to interlink with the blog posts. It's a huge network that has lowed turn around times from months to weeks for clients.

Wow, that's ridiculous.
