Historical tweet information?

Let's say that I'm monitoring a certain keyword. I'd like to be notified if this keyword has been used more in the past hour than it typically is. Are there any services that monitor a keyword and notify you if there's an increase in its usage? I'm looking for a service who can compare past history of a keyword to be able to know if there's an increase in its usage. I need it to be in as close to real time as possible.

Thank you. I was looking at this earlier. It's a bit pricey. I'm hoping for something a little cheaper.
