Hiring

I am looking to hire some freelancers who can do some basic stuff like creating accounts, writing content, leaving comments and designing.
This is the second time I am posting such thread because last time my experience was not so good. I hired a VA. Paid him for 5 hours in advance, His task was as simple as to go to websites and leave comments. In 2.5 Hours he posted only 15 comments, none of them were approved. Seriously, I am not looking suck extraordinarily brilliant and talented people.

So in order to avoid that, here are few Conditions -

1. If you wanna apply for content writing/designing stuff, you have to send me samples of your previous work. Reasons is simple as i don't want to hire writers with "Purfect grammar"

2. If you want to be hired as a VA then you have to prove your efficiency by working for 1-2 hours without any advance payment so that i can decide whether to hire you or not OR by a reference, [any senior member of BHW whom you have worked with]

3. Resume, you have to send me your resume. If you don't have one, then write one now. Even if you are not hired by me, still having a resume isn't a bad thing. Email your resume to me at [email protected]

About me -

I live in Toronto GTA, ON. I work full time at a car wash and I am here to invest my Hard earned money. I hope my conditions are fair enough.
