When you engage with a writer from BHW do you have them sign a contract?
I am asking as from my understanding is that the work belongs too them , even if you paid them for it.
Thus if at some point later on they can demand compensation if you choose too use it on your website. At least that is what i recall reading awhile back.
So far most of the time I use writers off upwork as i believe they have already taken care of this hurdle too some extent.

So is my understanding correct?

Content you order from me is 100% yours. I believe it’s the same for most (if not all) writers on here (since I’ve never read about anyone having issues with rights on the forum).

Neah, you don't need to make them sign a contract. BHW writers write content in bulk so I don't think they care.

I never work with contracts.

With links - just buy what you want. Same with content. You paid for it so its all yours!

You paid for it. So, It will be yours. No need to make contract and all.
