Hiring: Wordpress help- Need to show featured image on post title hover.

On my front page, I'm using a list type layout that shows each post title, & I need to automatically show the featured image when hovering over each post title (like a tooltip/mouseover). I use an autoposter to make my posts, and a plugin to automatically grab the first image in my post to use as my featured image.

One of my theme (Suffusion) developers stated that I need to use a custom template or js but can't help me further.

I've read the codex.wordpress the_post_thumbnail page over and over and over again, but I can't get it to work.

I need somebody to walk me through this, or, I can create a login for you on the site and have you straighten it out, but I'd need you to show me how to do it so I can apply it to my actual site instead of in the test site that I'd give you access to.

I used to modify one theme I was using on my site, to just display the thumbnail for the post near its title. Displaying it in a popup box on hovering over the post title can also be done. I'm sending you a PM now.

Thank you, and I saw that plugin before, but that doesn't really seem to help me. It's asking for an absolute URL (which I don't have since it's different for each post), and also asks for keywords (which change for each post title).
