Hiring - Website Developer - Not WordPress, Simple 1/2 Page

This does not need to be setup from scratch, I have the code but not happy with some of the design.

I will provide full source code of the website and links to 2 other websites which I want implemented in my own.

I expect to see a mockup, and when done, you will provide the full source and will NOT under any circumstances use the same code on another website.

The job is simple for someone who is qualified and shouldn't take more than 24/48 hours.
