[Hiring] Web based program [Hiring]

Hey BHW, im currently looking for a website freelancer who would have experience in making a program web based. Pretty much it will be a bot, it would need to do autoclicking and users would add proxy's/proxy lists then start the bot and it would open up a hidden browser, and would run the action needed to do the clicking. It would also need a login system, I would generally do the design.

It would also be able to open more than 1 hidden browser so you can run multiple at once, it will also rotate through the proxies randomly, but after its used them all once, it will say, all the proxies have been used ect.

Looking for someone who can make this, im looking for someone that generally has a portolio or has experience in this field before im looking for the cheapest as well. I already know how much im willing to pay for this so if your offer isn't reasonable I will not accept it

This is a good place to post for "looking to hire" ads but I think you can hire more qualified workers on Odesk, Staff.com, Elance etc. Odesk and Elance are more on ‘freelancing' but if you're looking for a full time staff, Staff.com is one of the sites that offers this service.

Thanks for the suggestion bro, I posted in this section because not sure if its just me, but I find from personal experience alot of people work more efficiently and cheaper than websites like that because they have experience in this stuff and understand what to do. Also alot easier to communicate with
