[Hiring] Vietnamese Programmer

I am looking for Vietnamese programmer only who specializes in coding bot for data scraping. There is a website (in Vietnamese language) that I need to scrape data.

I will need to be able to sort the data by the popularity of sales/ grouping same product and comparing the pricing at one glance/ sorting by the number of positive feedbacks.

Why particularly Vietnamese?
