Need maybe 3 people to work with software to build backlinks for YouTube videos and my site
Need one person to download and watermark YouTube videos then reupload them ( preferable to be able to create YouTube PVA )

Hey, I think you can look for long term VAs here.
You can do a trial work for them for $10, and if they perform well in a certain period of time then you can keep going and hire them for a full time or part-time position.

Most of their VAs are from the Philippines, India and other regions in Asia where the cost of labor is way too cheap than hiring an in-house VA.

Find someone on elance - within 30 minutes you should get a few VA applications/bids already.

I have found $3/$2 VA's willing to work long term. I wish you luck mate.
