Hi there, our agency needs a reliable VA team/group that is looking for a long term relationship. We are replacing our existing VA team after 3 years (they’re getting into 3D design and aren’t doing web dev).
Requirements:
- very familiar with Wordpress and Woocommerce design, popular plugins, and themes
- we mainly use the Divi builder for WP design
- have a team of at least 2 people, preferably a dedicated team for our projects.
- quick turn around time, 3-5 days for very basic websites
- understanding of CSS, Js/Jquery and PHP for basic adjustments when needed (this will be 99% no code projects)
- a big plus if you have experience with Shopify, as we sometimes deal with that.
You can expect from us:
- a minimum of 2 (up to 4 a week) new WP sites a week, usually basic 3-5 pagers. We will give you examples, content, images, etc.
- 1-2 Woocommerce store every other week. We understand this can take longer, especially if we are migrating an existing store.
- at times we may need assistance with manual tasks and data entry.
We will supply you with any paid theme, plugin, our resource you need to complete the projects. We have a VPS for staging websites you can utilize.
We currently use Asana for project management.
We are looking for a long term relationship, and would like a team that is as well. Currently we pay our VA team a flat hourly on a weekly retainer. We can discuss payment terms, we are very flexible, we will try our best to help you succeed.
