Have you guys ran into issues with hiring staff members overseas and having timezone conflics. If so how did you overcome it?

If the tasks are quantifiable, there is nothing to overcome. Quantify, assign, check. Notice how success depends on how good a job you do.

Just set a quota and clear quality guidelines. No need to micromanage. If you filtered your remote staff correctly, you should have more results and less hassles.
