Hiring someone to resolve CLS / pagespeed issues.

I'm looking someone with experience in this field.

Based on google search console, my site isn't mobile friendly, thus losing places on the SERP's.

So, I'm looking to hire someone who can fix all the issues so my site is once again, mobile friendly.

Please ONLY dm me if you are experienced on this field, adding a few plugins and calling it a day isn't what I'm searching for.
