Hiring someone to help me properly setup youtube

hey guys, so I’m going to be starting a YouTube page that posts new music (I know the copyright issues but I’m in the music industries and a lot of the artists I’d want to post I can get permission from anyway, also not worrying about monetizing it for a little while too)

I’m looking for someone who can help me properly set it up, so helping with keywords, images, etc. And guide me in the right direction
