Greetings,
I’m looking for a system that can register multiple empty PayPal accounts based in the U.S. The main challenge is that even with proxies, PayPal requires phone verification, and most numbers get flagged or rejected. I haven’t been able to design a system that works efficiently. What I need is someone who can create a solution that either allows me to generate new PayPal accounts whenever I want, or provides a program that can automatically handle the process of creating them. I’m also open to hearing about any alternative methods or suggestions that could achieve the same result.
