Hiring someone for a job.

I am hiring a freelancer that can make a new wordpress site for my cpa campaign and do all of this stuff listed or maybe teach me:

- wordpress theme install ( landing page for cpa, i think i got the landing page, but just provide one if cant use)
- iframe for CPA
- need someone who know how to link two pages. e.g: landing page - email submit CPA, after completed(signed up) it will link to another page for a mobile submit. ofcourse there will be a space for me to write text.
- banner design for my website.

Maybe there is somethings i left out, will inform later.

There is a few threads in the services for sale section of the forum where people advertise their webdesign services. Check them out if you haven't.

Also, it might be a good idea to write out your budget. When you say cheap I think a lot of people turn you down, I know a lot of good designers who work at a good rate and produce excellent work. They would never consider themselfs cheap - instead - priceworthy.

I am available too if needed.
