Okay so I just bought a Youtube channel and now I'm trying to apply for adsense using the Youtube account.
It keeps saying "Sensitive action blocked"
I have updated my phone number and tried in incognito mode but nothing works.
I'm willing to pay someone $100 to help me resolve this issue. Even if you just explain it to me, that would be enough.
