Hi there, I'm an SEO and right now I have more clients than I can handle. I could really use a helping hand. I have a couple VA's that work for me but their SEO skills are subpar and can only handle simple copy & paste work.
After this hire, I will also work to gain more clients which will mean more work for you and you won't have to do your own sales work, horray!
I'm open to any and all questions. There will be an FAQ and questions you must answer to be considered. You must be an established BHW member to be considered - I will be looking at profiles.

Is this full or part time?
This will be part-time to start, around 5-10 hours a week. As time goes on hours may increase but if you're unable to work more hours that's fine.
Do I have to work during specific hours?
Nope. Ideally, most work would be completed during weekdays. I would like there to be a timeframe in which I'll be able to contract you and hear back rather quickly.
When will I be paid?
Weekly. I'm open to bi-weekly or monthly if you prefer.
Will I be paid hourly or a fixed-price?
You'll be paid a fixed-price determined by (hourly rate * hours I need you). You'll be required to send me a weekly report as to what you did that week.
How will I be paid?
Pretty flexible with this. We can use an escrow service, you can invoice me from Paypal, or you can send me invoices from whatever invoice client you use. Payment will be issued after I receive the weekly report.
What's your budget?
$10/hour is the highest I can go right now. Unless you're something special, then I can go up to about $20/hour. Please bid what you're worth. If you're worth $5/hour and you bid $10/hour. You won't be hearing from me.
Are you looking for a white or black hat?
One, the other, both. As long as you know what you're doing either works'.
Do I have to follow orders or can I do my own work?
You'll be expected to be able to work independently but also take on tasks I ask you to complete.
Does country of residence matter?
Nope. I'll ask for it just so I understand your time zone.
What niche do you service clients in/ what niche do you not service clients in?
I specialize in real estate and law firm SEO. I accept clients of almost any niche except pharma. Adult & (some) gambling is fine by me.
