Hiring: Simple Wordpress Maintenance $100

I have a wordpress site with around 400 posts. This is what I need:

1. Images are linked to other pages and are not uploaded. Images need to be downloaded, re-uploaded and resized to an equal width of 500px but images must be even to all the images in the post.

2. At the end of each post you will need to look for the youtube trailer or video and embed the code at the end of every post

3. All unncessary Breaks (<BR>) code must be removed from the posts. When I moved over the DB it added many returns between pictures and now there are big gaps between pictures.
