Hiring SEO Lead Generator

Seeking a worker to generate leads for my SEO business, which will then be passed on to the sales team. You must be able to generate effective, targeted, and quality leads for us - so please only apply if you know you are capable of this.

You must:
- Be capable of creating and sending out a quality proposals, whether that be a phone sales script, email, craigslist posting, etc.
- QUICKLY respond and forward potential leads. I would like a possible lead to be forwarded to my sales team within a few hours of being generated, but the sooner the better. This means checking your generation method (email, phone, skype, etc.) several times per day.

Bonuses *not necessary, but helpful*:
- Cold calling experience
- US located
- Native English Speaker

You will be paid per lead, based on quality and response from the lead. You will also receive a commission if your lead is transformed into a sale.

No one wants to be paid per lead because they want to jerk off all day working hourly and collect my money. If you can generate even one lead per hour you'll make a healthy hourly wage.

Frostedbutts, with that kind of demeanor it will be difficult to recruit anyone. I suggest being polite and speaking more of the incentives...thats all you can do. Besides, if someone can bring you good leads for your so called SEO business...they are probably savvy enough to do the SEO services themselves. Think it through mate.

I've gotten some decent response through BHW so I'm posting here. I understand it's not the nicest demeanor but it's how it is, I've had far too many people contacting me asking me to pay them hourly to do fuck-all, or to give them a "retainer" so they can get started on their work.

A real salesman and lead generator should have no issue with being paid per sale or lead, and for that reason I think the rough demeanor saves me from having tire kickers waste my time. If they're capable of doing the SEO themselves then great, they can go ahead and do that. Some people like selling, some people like SEO, some people like cold calling - just because you have the skill doesn't mean you want to do it. I've already got a small collection of people who would rather do the sales and reap the rewards than spend their time or money doing the SEO. I'm just looking for a few more, and I can assure you they are not few and far between.

i am looking to outsource seo services, so basically i am not looking to hand off leads, i am looking for someone to fulfill sales. pm me (ONLY with a pricelist and proof of results) that I can present to my prospects. pms without a pricelist will be ignored.

Also can you brand it to my company? It should be as simple as your sales/support people get a request from a form my customers fill out on my site, so i can indicate its from my company via an email subject line.
