We are a digital marketing agency looking for an experienced Reddit Operations Partner / Operations Specialist for a long-term full-time position.

This is not a content writing role and not a basic VA position.

We already have a separate writing team. We are looking for someone who can independently take responsibility for the operational delivery side of Reddit campaigns without requiring us to constantly manage the day-to-day operational setup.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday–Friday
  • 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour break
  • Regular availability during the agreed working schedule is required
  • Exact working-hour timezone can be discussed before hiring

Compensation

USD 700/month

Long-term position for the right person.

Main Responsibilities

  • Review assigned client briefs and approved content
  • Find appropriate subreddits and relevant existing discussions
  • Publish approved Reddit posts and comments
  • Independently manage the legitimate account/access setup required for the agreed work
  • Monitor whether published content remains live and accessible
  • Keep URLs, dates, subreddit information, delivery status, and notes accurately updated
  • Detect removals, restrictions, moderation issues, or unusual patterns quickly
  • Stop and report when repeated problems occur instead of continuing a failing process
  • Coordinate with our Operations Lead and writing team when replacement content or revisions are required
  • Take responsibility for assigned client delivery from approved content through verified completion

Important

We do not want to continuously provide or manage Reddit accounts, logins, or day-to-day operational infrastructure for you.

You should already have enough practical Reddit experience and operational capability to handle your side of the work independently.

We care about reliable completed delivery, accurate tracking, and good operational judgment, not simply a high number of uploads.

What We Provide

  • Client briefs
  • Approved content
  • Brand/product information
  • Delivery targets
  • Writing support
  • Project priorities and deadlines
  • Operations Lead for coordination

What We Expect You to Own

Once work is assigned to you, we should not need to:

  • continuously supply operational accounts
  • supervise every individual upload
  • manually recheck every URL ourselves
  • repeatedly remind you to update delivery records
  • discover major removal or delivery problems before you do

Requirements

  • Strong practical Reddit experience
  • Previous Reddit operations/community marketing experience preferred
  • Able to manage operational delivery independently
  • Good understanding of subreddit culture and moderation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good written English
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets / Notion
  • Reliable communication during working hours
  • Able to identify problems and recommend next actions
  • Able to work consistently in a full-time 9-hour daily schedule

To Apply

Please send:

  1. A short summary of your Reddit experience
  2. What types of Reddit projects you have handled
  3. Whether you have previously managed Reddit campaign delivery independently
  4. How you normally track published/live/removed content
  5. Your timezone
  6. Whether you can commit to the full-time 9-hour schedule
  7. How soon you can start
  8. Any relevant examples or references

Please do not send a generic copy-paste application.

We are specifically looking for someone who can take ownership of operations, not someone who needs constant instructions.

Thanks.

Hi
I have strong practical experience in Reddit posting and campaign operations, including subreddit research, publishing, live/removed content monitoring, replacements, and detailed tracking in Google Sheets.
I can independently handle Reddit campaign delivery and commit to the full-time schedule. I’m available to start immediately and can share relevant experience and examples via PM.

Thanks.

Thanks.
Hi, I’m interested in the Reddit Operations role. I have experience with Reddit campaign management, posting, subreddit research, and live-status tracking, and can work independently full-time. PM me to discusS.

This is exactly the kind of Reddit work I’ve been handling — the difficult part isn’t posting, it’s keeping delivery stable across multiple subreddits without creating moderation problems.

I’d focus on subreddit-fit before publishing, monitor removals/restrictions closely, and maintain a clean delivery tracker with URLs/status/issues so nothing gets missed.

Happy to understand roughly how many client campaigns/posts you’re managing per week?

We can help with this. Our team has experience with reddit operations and can handle the posting, subreddit research, monitoring and tracking side.. I’m sending you a DM with some details.. please check it when you get a chance. :)
