We are a digital marketing agency looking for an experienced Reddit Operations Partner / Operations Specialist for a long-term full-time position.
This is not a content writing role and not a basic VA position.
We already have a separate writing team. We are looking for someone who can independently take responsibility for the operational delivery side of Reddit campaigns without requiring us to constantly manage the day-to-day operational setup.
USD 700/month

We do not want to continuously provide or manage Reddit accounts, logins, or day-to-day operational infrastructure for you.
You should already have enough practical Reddit experience and operational capability to handle your side of the work independently.
We care about reliable completed delivery, accurate tracking, and good operational judgment, not simply a high number of uploads.

Work Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour break
- Regular availability during the agreed working schedule is required
- Exact working-hour timezone can be discussed before hiring
Compensation
USD 700/month

Main Responsibilities
- Review assigned client briefs and approved content
- Find appropriate subreddits and relevant existing discussions
- Publish approved Reddit posts and comments
- Independently manage the legitimate account/access setup required for the agreed work
- Monitor whether published content remains live and accessible
- Keep URLs, dates, subreddit information, delivery status, and notes accurately updated
- Detect removals, restrictions, moderation issues, or unusual patterns quickly
- Stop and report when repeated problems occur instead of continuing a failing process
- Coordinate with our Operations Lead and writing team when replacement content or revisions are required
- Take responsibility for assigned client delivery from approved content through verified completion

What We Expect You to Own

- discover major removal or delivery problems before you do
Requirements
- Strong practical Reddit experience
- Previous Reddit operations/community marketing experience preferred
- Able to manage operational delivery independently
- Good understanding of subreddit culture and moderation
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written English
- Comfortable using Google Sheets / Notion
- Reliable communication during working hours
- Able to identify problems and recommend next actions
- Able to work consistently in a full-time 9-hour daily schedule
