HIRING] Reddit Growth Specialist for French Adult Platform (Organic Traffic)

Hi everyone,


I'm looking for an experienced Reddit Growth Specialist to help promote a French adult content discovery platform through organic Reddit marketing.
This is NOT a botting, karma farming or mass-posting project.
The objective is to build a long-term Reddit acquisition strategy based on compliant promotion and real community engagement.

Responsibilities​

• Research relevant French and international subreddits
• Analyze subreddit rules (self-promotion, links, posting frequency, moderator approval)
• Identify communities suitable for promotion
• Create and publish Reddit posts adapted to each subreddit
• Contact moderators when required
• Participate naturally in discussions when appropriate
• Track results (engagement, clicks, removals)
• Optimize the strategy based on performance

Requirements​

I'm looking for someone with proven experience in:

• Reddit marketing
• Community growth
• Organic traffic acquisition
• Reddit moderation rules
• AutoMod / shadowban avoidance
• NSFW or highly moderated communities (preferred)

Budget​

$20 per approved post
Initial paid test:
3–5 posts


Long-term collaboration available if results are good.
