I am in need of an expert in the 2nd tier PPC / cheap traffic industry - the name of the game is Arbitrage. I am looking for someone to manage the traffic side of a large Arbitrage operation. I have the monetization side covered.
This person must have a rolodex of sources and will be looking to consistently optimize. He/She must have been successful in converting high CTRs in the past.
Once proven, I will offer both part-time and full-time monthly retainer compensation.
