I need a PHP coder with SQL experience to create a custom redirect script based on IP addresses. The script will go thru the database to look for any matched IPs, and redirect them as necessary to whatever website you specify.

How much are you willing to pay for this? Can do it if you have a good budget.. You will also get the back admin for managing stuffs and it will be done using frameworks (Yii).. PM me if you have a good budget
