Hiring people for CPA approval call.

I'm looking for some workers to call the CPA networks for my apps.I wanna someone can work with me for a long time.
Some requirements:
You need to be online with IM from 9am-5pm Eastern Time Monday-Friday.
Fluent in English,American accent,American and Canadian residents only.
Experience with CPA networks
