Hiring: Onlyfans Model Recruiter

I am looking for someone who can recruit US-based college girls to model for my page. So far I have tried the following with no success:

• Scraped Emails from Instagram to cold email
  • I can see some girls opened the email multiple times, but still no follow up/replies
• Scraped Numbers from instagram to blast SMS recruitment
  • Does not seem to be very effective, unable to continue the message if they do end up replying
• Scraped Snapchat from Instagram to manually message
  • Not very effective, only a portion of the girls actually add back and read your message

In the past, I have used sugar dating sites to source girls and that's how I've found all my models so far. Very high touch work but relatively ok success rate. Issue: the main site I used in the past now asks for ID verification upon payment.

In summary, I am looking to hire someone who can generate a consistent stream of high quality models themselves OR provide me with tools such that the above methods are more effective.
