Hiring Native English Speaker & Writer

I have phone interviews coming up for freelance writers gigs and they sort of want native English speakers for the job. Unfortunately most of the applicants (my clients) aren't native English speakers but they write much like native speakers. I'm hiring English native speakers from the US, Canada, UK, Australia and Netherlands to help able to answer several 15 minute interview phone calls on my clients' behalf. The real currency here is the native accent, and I'd pay $50 for every 15 min interview task.
